Trip to Langkawi ni actually nak bawa my BIL and SIL pergi honeymoon. Kiranya honeymoon berjemaah la ni. Besides my in-laws memang dah lama tak pergi jenjalan, so kiranya kami tumpang sekali la. I even brought my mom along. So kiranya dua-dua nenek Miqa pun ikut for this trip. Total 11 people for this rombongan cik kiah including si kecik.
At Subang Airport

We took the afternoon flight, 1.55pm at Subang Airport, lama dah tak pergi Subang Airport, merasa la jugak semua orang naik Firefly, before this selalu naik Air Asia je. Subang Airport ni jauh lagi tenang dari LCCT, boleh makan and minum dengan aman, unlike LCCT yang sentiasa penuh manusia. Anyhoo, flight was on time, not delayed but the landing was a bit rough, tak tau kenapa. My mom hampir-hampir nak termuntah dah time landing.
Tapi yang paling best si kenit lah, he passed being on a plane with flying colours (alaaa 50 minuites punye flight je lah pun kan). Thank you iPad and thank you Special Agent OSO for accompanying Miqa on this flight. Tak berbunyik langsung the whole journey. Full concentration on iPad watching Special Agent OSO. Me and encek K rasa sungguh lega yang amat.
We landed at 3.05pm and terus dah ada kereta sewa tunggu, BIL yang uruskan. Coz 11 orang so sewa lah 3 kereta, 2 myVi and one Nissan Sentra. Me, encek K, my mom and Miqa naik myVi orange yang comel je. Rate sewa kereta kami dapat RM80 per day per car. So total is RM240 x 4 = RM960 for four days. Kira murah jugak la rasanya.
Naik je kereta terus shoot pergi hotel for check in. Encek K jadi marshall drive ke hotel coz he is quite familiar with Langkawi, dia baru je pergi Langkawi for his work few months ago. So dia memang hafal jugak la jalan.
We headed to Awana Porto Malai Langkawi, which was situated at the very end of Pantai Cenang. I booked 5 deluxe garden view rooms in Awana Porto Malai Langkawi via Resort World website. Please do not walk-in if you want to stay here, they will charge you double the online rate. Please do your booking online, for sure dapat jimat banyak sangat.

Facilities is quite good but needs to be refurbish
Masa check in tu, I saje je tanya if we can get a free upgrade to Sea View Room. Deal punya deal punya deal, last-last they gave a good offer, pay RM50 per room to get upgraded to Sea View room with balcony for three nights. Apa lagi, I pun terus upgrade kan semua bilik jadi sea view room with balcony. Semua orang happy je dapat bilik mengahadap laut. So we paid about RM200 per night per sea view room with breakfast.
The rooms I would say ok-ok aje. We got 2 queen size beds in every room. So agak selesa especially bila ada anak kecik kan, takdela berhimpit-himpit satu katil. The rest of the room is just basic things. For me the room maybe kena update sikit coz perabot semua dah lama. But one plus point is when you walked out at the balcony the view is for sure priceless. Miqa pun dapat main bola kat balcony coz it's a huge balcony. Pemandangan sangat cantikkkk yang amattttttttttttt and very very peaceful. I would definitely come here again just for the sake of the view.

Tapi yang tak best our rooms were not ready at that time, yang ready pun 2 bilik je padahal dah dekat pukul 5 petang. Lagi 3 bilik tak ready lagi. Terus I amukan kat reception, baru lah immediately dapat bilik. Geram je. Hellooo, kalau datang pukul 2pm I fahamla orang baru check out, ni dah pukul 5pm okay. What the fish betul la, saje nak bikin panas. Miqa pun dah cranky time tu coz dah penat plus lapar kot. Moral of the story: Sila jangan naikkan kemarahan wanita yang ada anak kecil yang dah cranky. Bila anak cranky, mak nye pasti lagi lah kesabaran menipis.
Around 6pm barula semua orang dapat bilik. After settled check-in semua orang rehat kat bilik and dalam 7pm we left for dinner. Again, encek K jadi marshall bawak kami makan kat Medan Selera Nelayan, MIL and FIL requested makan seafood that night. Apparently tempat ni memang famous kat Langkawi. tapi kedai dia memang sempoi, jalan nak masuk ke dalam medan selera ni pun takde signboard. You will know about this restaurant if you asked around.
Makan 10 orang dewasa kena RM280.00, which I think is dead cheap la kan. Kalau kat Jalan Alor KL tak tau la kena berapa. Even FIL pun cakap murah coz we ordered 3 ekor ikan (siakap, jenahak, bawal putih), udang butter, sotong tepung, lala masak sweet sour, pepahat masak sambal, sayur kailan and terung bakar.
After dinner, pusing-pusing Kuah sekejap and headed back to our hotel untuk berehat. Day 2 memang ada banyak aktiviti so kena recharge sepenuhnya.
